The Bell Inn
New Review Submitted by Dave Hawkins 12 Sept 2007:
“…Delightful pub run by ‘Dennis’. The food is excellent and extends well past the
‘normal’ range of pub grub (i.e. it’s not just re heated burgers and chips) and
is reasonably priced. The ‘accoustic’ music evenings on a Friday night are a
delight both to music lovers and there is hardly a hairy jumper or beard to be
seen. Indeed on the odd occasion I have attended, I have yet to see anyone
stick their finger in their ear and sing’Early one morning’!
On a serious note, Dennis keeps his beer well (better than his ‘ratty looking’
Catfish!) and the pub is friendly and welcoming. It has a nice little ’swap
library’ where you can borrow or leave books, and all in all is one of thr
friendliest pubs in Finedon…”
