Running
Running is a fantastic way to keep fit and healthy. You may see me running regularly around Finedon and the surrounding area. Its a great way for me to see Finedon and the gorgeous countryside that surrounds our town. This section is suited to the Health column as it is here to inspire you to get out and get fit.
Are you new to running? Then make sure you start of slowly. Do a little at a time, drink plenty of water, and wear clothing appropriate. Good trainers and running gear really help to keep you warm in winter and cool in the summer. Check out this site for further running advice and help. http://www.fetcheveryone.com
