To continue the tradition of a yearly Marathon Run raising money for Charity, I will be running the Flora London Marathon on the 22nd of April along with my faithful friend and running buddy Martyn Thorpe. The target is to raise £1500 for Help the Aged, and then any remaining money to go Adams Hats (http://www.adamshats.org).

Help the Aged is a really worthy cause, and from personal experience do an amazing job of caring for those that can sometimes be forgotten (Martyn being a shining example of the results of their work). You will find attached information on what Help the Aged do as well some facts and figures that really help illustrate some of the issues experienced.
